Refund Policy

Before a refund is granted, allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a ticket in our support desk. Please give it 12-72 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on your support requests. We do our best to answer a lot faster to your requests.

We can refund if the product and service were completely unusable or is not as described. contact us to take your refund.   

Additional non-returnable items:

– Downloadable software products 
– Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require your phone and email that are used in order. or proof of purchase. 

 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

– Book with obvious signs of use 
– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
– Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Conditions Your purchase is protected if:

✓ The item was purchased on our platform.
✓ The item you received was damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the product and service detail page.
✓ Your order did not arrive not due to factors related to the buyer (for example: the wrong email, address and phone were provided).
✓ Your account is in good standing.
✓ Your item is returned to the seller due to customs duties (customs clearance/taxes are not included).
